Pals, Tras Samària 14
This project carried out in the town of Pals in the Baix Empordà together with Cases Singulars de l’Empordà and the architect Glòria Duran, consisted of the rehabilitation of a town house dating from the year 1900 and located on Calle Tras Samària number 14 of this historical population.
On the ground floor of the house, next to two double rooms with dressing rooms, there is a shared bathroom.
Going up to the first floor, you find two bathrooms. One courtesy and the other, next to the master bedroom suite, a full bathroom.
In all of them, the wooden beam and brick ceilings, the stone walls, the warm wooden pavement and the different hydraulic mosaics stand out.
As far as products are concerned, the Hansgrohe Talis model taps, Disa and Unisan sinks, a Visual shower tray and an Intro bathtub from Hidrobox were incorporated -each with their respective Lasser brand screens-, toilets and bidets Targa Design by Villeroy&Boch together with Geberit cisterns and Micra accessories by Pom d’or.
